Dr. Nick Green pic

Dr. Nick Green, PhD, BCBA-D

Dr. Nick Green oversees the development of analytics tools for behavioral health customers. He leads and creates innovative solutions for clinical data-based decision-making.
Dr. Green began working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in 2009 and later earned an MS in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and a PhD in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida. His expertise and research focused on reducing sedentary behavior (sitting) in the workplace. Dr. Green is a peer-reviewed author and featured presenter at annual ABA conferences. Nick’s passion lies in workplace wellness and data analysis – he wants to create the best tools for clinicians to have a better workday.

Outside of everyday analytics work, Dr. Green helps others get healthier and fit. As a PhD student, he founded his own behavior analytic consulting firm, BehaviorFit. Here, he provides expert coaching and other educational resources to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. He loves functional fitness, taking midday walks with his blue-tick heeler/cattle dog (Pete) and wrestling with his son Ogden.

Dr. Tyra Sellers, PhD, BCBA-D

Dr. Tyra Sellers is a behavior analyst and the owner of TP Sellers, LLC. She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Special Education from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, a Ph.D. from Utah State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®. Her professional and research interests focus on professional ethics, training and supervision, assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, and variability. Dr. Sellers has over 30 years of experience working in the profession ABA-based service delivery and supporting systems.

She has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Utah State University, Director of Ethics at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, and CEO of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. She has published several journal articles, co-authored four book chapters, and co-authored books focused on supervision and mentorship and a book on applied ethics for behavior analysts.

Her professional and research interests focus on professional ethics, training and supervision, assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, variability, and verbal behavior.
